The P.C.A.C is a nonprofit non-governmental institution that was established in 1994. It directs its activities and programs towards the development of the Palestinian child's intellectuality. The programs of P.C.A.C gradually help those children regain their natural life, psychological wellness, and discover the creative and talented children in all fields in order to achieve the P.C.A.C slogan "Towards A Creative Palestinian Child".
